Bent River is released at five weeks and for the following six weeks it will ripen to full maturity. During those six weeks, the texture and flavor profile will change, but at all stages you will have a top-notch Camembert cheese.
Bent River can be enjoyed with fresh bread or crackers, or on a charcuterie board.
As will all our cheeses, we recommend serving Bent River at room temperature for the best flavor profile.
